Patrice is our office manager. She has been in the field of dentistry for many years, and has worked with Dr. Isaacson since 1991. Patrice has many roles but specializes in working with individual patients to determine their optimal treatment plans. Her understanding of care options, maximizing dental insurance and patient availability and resources make this possible. The “integrity and honesty when treating patients” of both Dr. Isaacson and Dr. Barclay provide her with the drive and motivation to create a positive experience for all patients she encounters. Patrice is a West Seattle native, and resides there with her husband and daughter. Patrice's favorite activities include traveling, camping and hanging out with friends around the backyard fire pit.

Sasha, our front desk coordinator, has worked in dentistry since 1998 and with Dr. Isaacson since 1994. Her favorite part of her job is working with the patients to maximize their insurance benefits. She is a part-time student at Seattle Central Community College, and has a daughter and a son. Sasha is a Pacific Northwest native who enjoys local outdoor activities, learning about science, human anatomy and nutrition, and being a part of her kids' lives.

Joyce is our senior dental hygienist. She has been in dentistry since what is now retro clothing was originally in style. She has worked with Dr. Isaacson since 1990. Joyce says, "we have a great staff, wonderful patients, and I like feeling secure in the good quality of the work we do." Joyce is a native West Seattle resident,but has also lived in Germany, Texas, Hawaii, and Georgia. She is still actively licensed in Georgia. Some of her interests are: family, friends, volunteer work, artisan jewelry making, the arts, science, psychology, travel, spirituality and fitness. Her household has 3 pets: a Betta fish, a calico cat and a toy fox terrier (all wonderfully sweet!!)

Jenny is our lead dental assistant. She loves working with all of our patients, and learning about their lives and experiences. Jenny is a great listener, and takes extra time to hear the questions and concerns of our patients. She also teaches and trains dental assistant interns from a local community college. In her free time, Jenny loves spending time with family and friends and her two adorable Boston Terriers.

Tremaine is our newest hygienist. She is thrilled to work in an office that combines a friendly, casual environment with exceptional, sensible dental care. She likes working one-on-one with patients to help them achieve long-term oral health. Originally from Missouri, Tremaine has lived in the Seattle area since 1989. She enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, reading, movies, live theatre, nature/biology, and genealogy. Tremaine lives in Shoreline with her husband, step-son, and cat, Hank.

Theresa initially started her dental career working for Dr. Isaacson as a dental assistant. She left only to pursue a degree in dental hygiene. Theresa feels she was fortunate to have the opportunity to return to an outstanding patient oriented practice. She values continuing education in order to maintain the highest quality of care for patients’ optimum treatment. Theresa was born and raised in Arizona where she received her bachelor’s degree prior to moving to Seattle. Her passions include exploring the numerous Seattle parks and local hiking. Travel is also often on her mind and enjoyed whenever the opportunity arises.
